We first started (online) in 2012 and provided help, support and friendship to hundreds of members over the years. We then had a break for a couple of years.
We restarted in late 2022 and now have some very enthusiastic members, all at various stages of their journey. As fascinating as beekeeping is, there’s always something to learn!

Beekeeping is such a marvellous pastime and so rewarding when you finally get to taste your own honey from your own bees. You might need help and advice along the way and that’s where we’ll be happy to help.
Since reestablishing ourselves, we’ve also restarted the association apiary.

We are now able to offer open days for members. More information is available in the members forum.
This will be ideal to provide education to members and also as a source of honey bees for members, helping boost the local population. This does have running costs.
